Raffle campaigns have been an integral part of Yves Rocher’s marketing campaign planning for a long time. When the company was looking for a full service provider for online raffles, it started working with HAPPY. The multilingual promotions are designed specifically for customers of the online shop, with the goal of increasing traffic and sales, and take place in three countries.
In the first step, HAPPY developed an appealing design that could also serve as the basis for future campaigns. Particular attention was paid here to optimising the conversion rate. During the project, HAPPY was also responsible for programming the landing page and handling the procedure for the online raffle.
Yves Rocher was able to increase the participation rate by 100% compared to the previous year’s campaign. Not only did the participants interact with the brand; they were also able to claim a gift at the end of the raffle, which led to the online shop, resulting in significantly more traffic there. What’s more, information regarding the prize draws via email created subsequent positive touchpoints, which made the campaign successful over the long term.
